If you are single SC buying resale HDB unit under bank loan, there is no sizing limitation. However, if you are using HDB loan, you will be limited to max of 5 room flat.

Good afternoon buyer,

There's no restriction on the type of HDB you can purchase if you are taking bank loan but if you are obtaining HDB loan or housing grant, you are restricted to maximum 5RM flat.
