Is there any hdb flats which offers rental on bare premises for occupation of about 3years while waiting for completion of the new flat. If so, what is the rental fee like? Do normally landlord allows for extension? If yes, do we still hv to agent fee again? Any penalty is the tenancy contract is terminated prematurely? Im looking at 2br.

There could be potentially some owners who would want to rent their whole unit out unfurnished (Bare). Have to search. The rental fee would be dependent on the area that you are looking for.

Extension could always be discussed with the Landlord.

Re: Renewal. Most agents would charge the renewal fee but some agents may jus ask you to liaise directly with landlord or their agent for the renewal paper work. Really dependent on the agent.

Generally if a contract is signed, the landlord wld expect the tenant to fulfill the term signed. or else penalty maybe imposed. But there were also exceptions.
