Is there any finace available which can loan me 200k. My annual income is 100k & i have one HDB which I want to rent & buy a condo. I have completed MOP for HDB. Many thanks for your advise

Hi Sidharth,

Technically speaking, basing on your annual income alone, there should be no issue for loan, however, it is subjected to the assessment of the banks which they will consider your current financial commitments and liabilities before granting you an In-principle Approval.

Contact me further and I can pass you some bankers contacts for you to approach such that you can actually find out more about your loan limit as well as packages from the different banks.

I believe I had also answered in another question of yours regarding the sale of your HDB.
