Is there any banks/finance company that would offer loans for property downpayment? I have currently 100k in cash and still financing a HDB through CPF with 50k o/s loan.
Wish to take advantage of falling prices to get a 2nd unit but struggling to meet the downpayment requirements.
Any comment?
