Is there a registry of landlords or rental properties where landlords withhold security deposits unreasonably?
Unreasonable means both parties already agree to a deduction and yet the landlord gives false promises of return

these are typical issues faced by tenants when exiting a property, but so far i guess i have been fortunate not to have encountered such nasty landlords. you may wish to start such registry but do take note of PDPA in place when you are exposing the landlord's details. Read More
