The bank only provide 80% loan based on the valuation price(COV needs to be paid in CASH only on your 1st HDB appointment).As for no COV flats,i agree with Glenna,it is nearly impossible to find one at no COV.But there are still one or two out there that are no COV(usually low floor,original condition).

Would you be interested in 3'NG' unit at AMK Ave 10?high floor..82sq m..Please drop me a line for further discussion..thanks
