Is it true that if I, the buyer of HDB flat, always have to pay 1% as agent fee? Is there a case that the buyer does not have to pay it? I am looking to buy one HDB unit (80sm up) either in Marine Parade or Cambridge, Dorset and thus want to avoid such a fee. Pls advice and let me know if you have such a flat.
