Hi,
If you are below 55 years old, you will need to wait out 15 months after selling the condo before you can be eligible to purchase resale HDB again (assuming you qualify for one of the HDB eligibility scheme). For singles, the hdb eligibility scheme will be single singaporean citizen 35 years and above.
