Good morning,

You have to buy with both parents as they are considered a single entity (married). Wont be able to buy with either one of them.

Hi,

Unfortunately no, you have to buy with both of them as HDB deems all 3 of you as a family entity. His name still has to be included in the application to qualify for the eligibility to purchase.

Yes, it is possible for you to buy with either of your parent as co-owners. Do take note that your other parent will be required as an "essential occupier" to form a valid family nucleus under Public Scheme.

1) The answer is yes.
2) No matter which parent you intend to buy with, the other parent must be at least be the occupier of this purchase.
3) The reason being they are still under marital status.
