Is it advisable to apply for bank loan first before looking for a condo? If I apply for a particular bank, does that mean I must use that bank subsequently? Or would it be better to apply for in principle approval, rather than the loan application?

Morning Jeffrey,

No banks will issue you the Letter of Offer without the OTP. Hence you can only get principle of approval while hunting for your preferred unit.

It is always better to get an In Principle Approval from the bank first before you go for any viewing of units. Cheers!
