In all purchasing considerations to reach this stage, there must be a reason why you would even raise up this question. Why are you interested in such investment profile anyway? Why not D10/11/15/21 or other districts?

Is there more to it than investment that you are considering? I would reckon that units in this districts will enjoy fair bit of rental demand due to the CBD or Orchard location, however, in all investments, what could the potential exit plan be? There should always be a beginning and ending for all investments.

Perhaps we need to look further on your investment aspiration before embarking on an investment search.
