Hi

You need to be a co-owner to be able to a borrower of the home loan as well. If you cannot be a co owner then you cannot use your income to help with loan application.

Another way is if the parents are still below 65 years old, and you have substantial financial assets, you can use show funds method to help them take up some loan.
