is a single singapore of age above 35 able to buy hdb flats of any sizes ( 2,3,4,5rooms) and if so is it only limited to resale flats?

Afternoon Alvin,

Yes, if you are looking to finance your unit using bank loan. But if you are looking to finance the unit with HDB loan, your max size is only 5 room flat. As at the moment, single are only eligible for resale unit till further notice.

Hi Alvin, yes you can buy resale hdbflat of any room type. However you need to check with your banker on your loan amount first. Feel free to contact me should you require more information.
