Hi Ms,

In all property transactions, unless otherwise stated, all fixtures will remain as part of the property, and be sold together with the property.

The Seller will however have to remove all other fittings that is not a fixture. Some examples of fittings would be sofa set, dining table, chairs, washing machine etc.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen

Good afternoon Ms. Ong,

Fixtures are to stay within the unit unless stated otherwise within the S&P. Sellers are required to remove the fittings from the unit before handing over to the buyers.

Hi Ms Sama, the answer is nope. The built in cupboard or wardrobe as well as built in fan is there to stay and for the buyer to get their contractor to dismantle or hack all by themselves.

Good evening Sama,

you will take the unit in "as it is" condition. It's not common for owners to accept this request but nevertheless we can try.

May I know how can I value add further in your property needs?
