Dear Concerned,

As Frankie has pointed out the market rate at any moment is determined by the $ tenants are willing to offer at that given moment. I understand u are not happy with the fact your landlord is increasing your rental by 50% but trying to get an institution to help is too time consuming. You may try to negotiate with current landlord or I suggest, get another unit. You'll be suprised what is out there. Call me at 81807111  , I can help. Andy. Read More
