In 2007 I bought a 3 room flat at Jurong west st 52 from HDB with housing grant. with my hubby,Then in 2012 we sold our 3 room flat and bought from open market a 4 room flat.I wish to know can we apply a BTO flat from HDB..Are we counted as 2nd timer.

Yes you are allowed to purchase a BTO but resale levy of $30k based on the 3 room flat you bought with HDB grant previously applies. You are considered a second timer as any resale bought with a grant is considered as a subsidised flat. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussions on this.
