The current estimated value is around $580k to $610k. As for the COV asking, you can work around $80k to $95k, depending on your unit level, condition, facing and lift upgrading status.

Hi Nevita,

Jumbo units for sale are very rare in the market therefore I must say that you should be able to sell at a pretty good selling price.

It will be advisable to work out the target selling price by understanding how much did you paid for the unit when you had purchased, coupled with the outstanding housing loan and any other miscellaneous costs to be paid. By working backwards, you should be able to work out the probable selling price and compare the figure to those figures quote by my fellow agents.
