I'm taking bank loan for my current resale flat, its over the MOP. Waiting for my BtO next year and taking 1st time Hdb loan. Can someone enlighten me, how much cash/ cpf $ I can take after selling my current Hdb
So that, I can have better understanding to prepare for my next BTO

Hi Ginny,

It depends on your attainable sale price. If its a positive sale, there will be cash proceeds after redemption of the mortgage bank loan and also cpf utilized for the property will also return to your OA.
