Hi, appreciate your sharing. Both PR couple require to be past 3 years before able to purchase it. Upon purchasing it require 6 months from completion date to dispose your current malaysian property.

Basing on existing regulations, you are not eligible to purchase a resale HDB in Singapore. You may wish to appeal against this if you do not have plans to dispose your property in Malaysia.

Thank you for sharing. It's important to note that both members of a Permanent Resident (PR) couple must have completed at least 3 years before being eligible to purchase a property. Additionally, according to current regulations, there is a requirement to wait 6 months from the completion date of your purchase before disposing of your existing Malaysian property. Based on existing rules, you may not meet the eligibility criteria to purchase a resale HDB in Singapore. However, you have the option to appeal this decision, especially if you do not have immediate plans to sell your property in Malaysia.
