Im single and hopefully BTO can be extended to 35 year old single. Im uncertain of HDB decision whether future single be granted BTO or not. Only hearing the minister hear and say. Should i wait or go ahead purchase resale flat ? My buget is 380k, any resale around that range ? any areas is fine with me

Morning,

You have good budget for 3 room flat although I'm unsure of your cash component. Wait it out can be an option but you may not get the fruit as nothing is concrete. If it does not turn out well, you might be buying at higher price, compared to now.
