I'm Singapore PR divorce with care and control of my child. Earning 2.8k a month. Would like to ask guru what is the maximum loan from bank if I would like to purchase a resale HDB. Thanks.

Evening Soh,

For divorcee to purchase resale HDB unit, you need to be 35 years old and must be citizen. In reference to how much loan you can get, it would be dependent on your credit and income status and how many years loan you are getting.
