I'm self employed and have only one year latest NOA income tax. I understand that they need 2 years.Can I still apply home loan from banks? Any cases agents came across loans rejected due to 1 year income tax return?

Good afternoon, banks might not accept your application as they are pretty stringent with their rules. Why not I ask my panel of bankers to advise you on this? They are at a better position to advise you. Cheers!
