Hi,

Your boyfriend will have to dispose the private property after purchasing the resale hdb. For BTO, he has to dispose first and wait out 30 months before you guys can apply.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

You can however proceed to buy a HDB resale flat, and upon completion, sell off your boyfriend's private property within 6 months.
