I'm recently divorced and had already twice taken HDB loan.I've to sell my matrimonial hdb flat but can i apply hdb loan with my single 25year old daughter who's working and buy over my current flat?

Sorry to hear about your situation. Depending on how things pan out, your plan could be a challenge because your adult daughter is still under 35, and would unlikely be listed as an owner of the flat. This would then exclude her from the HDB loan as well.

It may be possible for her to take HDB loan if her income is sufficient, but she has to be one of the co-owners of the flat as well to take over. HDB also has to look at whether your finances are sufficient to take over. If not possible, and if the flat has already MOP, then the flat has to be sold in the open market. May I know if you have gotten the final judgement court order?

1) There are 3 issues hidden in your question:
(a) What is the outcome of your final and interim court order? These 2 court orders will indicate whether to sell your flat in the open market or one party can buy over the other party's share.
(b) Your daughter does not meet the eligibility alone to buy over your flat.
She can be a co-owner of the flat by doing a part-share purchase from your ex-spouse.
(c) She will face difficulty when she setting up her family at a later stage.

2) Once the above are thought thru' and discussed. Then, you have to seek help from the HDB to get a HFE for your daughter to buy over the part-share.
