Morning Karthick,
As of the current HDB ruling, Single SPR is not allowed to purchase a resale HDB flat.
In order to purchase a resale HDB flat, one must be a Singaporean and at least 35 years old.
You can purchase a resale HDB flat with your spouse (must be SPR or Singaporean). If not you have to dip into the private property market.
