I'm PR and my wife is citizen and full time housewife with zero income. My annual income is 100K. Is it possible for my wife (alone) to get loan from bank to purchase pte condo. I can be the guarantor.

Morning BK,

As your wife is not working, it might be tough for her to get any loan, even though you are the guarantor. However, I can get my banker to contact you and see if anything can be worked out.
