I'm planning to buy a 3 room flat but the price are very competitve especially in Clementi area. I can only buy resale flat as I am a second timer, divorcee with 2 children. Frankly, I really need a serious agent to assist me with my financial planning in getting a flat. thank you

Evening Lynn,

Have you gotten your IPA worked on?
Do you know your working budget for the purchase?
Have you considered West Coast area or you only want unit's near the Clementi Central?
