Hi,
If you are going for BTO, you need to sell away your condo, wait out 30 months, before you are eligible to apply the new BTO again. You need not sell away your HDB at the moment. You also need to fulfil eligibility conditions such as family nucleus, income ceiling not to exceed $14k etc.
As you are already 55 years old, if you go for resale HDB 4-room size and below, you need not sell away your properties first and can purchase the resale HDB first. However you will need to sell off all existing properties within 6 months of key collection to the resale HDB.
