im now in the process of getting Bank Loan for HDB Resale Flat, my question when will the bank disburse the loan, is it on 2nd Appt date (completion date)? and when is the start of my first monthly payment?...also is it ok to go to those "mortgage broker", does it have any obligation if i use their service?...thanks a lot in advance!
