im not sure of the time frame of a hdb sales.

can anyone guide me... what do agents can do for me..

as my divorce getting near... im selling off my 5 room flat at woodlands

Hi Jason,

For a normal HDB resale transaction,

Marketing period : 2 - 3 weeks.
OTP Exercise period : 2 weeks.
Submission to 1st Appointment : 6 weeks.
1st to 2nd Appointment : 6 - 8 weeks.

So, from the time you start to market your flat till 2nd appointment, estimate around 4 - 5 months.
