Afternoon,

Both SPR HDB buyers are required to fulfill 3 years on SPR status before they are eligible. Therefore, both of you have to wait for another 2 more years or if your spouse managed to get SC earlier than that.

Hi,

I'm afraid you have to wait another 2 years more before you can buy a HDB flat, as the rule states that both you and your wife will have to be PR for more than 3 years before you are eligible to purchase a HDB.

Alternatively, you can look at private condo if your finances allow. There is no restriction on nationality to purchase of private condo.
