I'm married with my foreign spouse, however we do not have kids yet. Tried to have kids but unable to. From my understanding, under foreign spouse, I am considered single scheme and only eligible for 2 rm flexi or resales flat. Resale too exp for me. Is there any other way for me to opt for 3rm bto and above? I dont have baby to list them as occupier to form a family nucleus. I currently stay with my parents and the flat is under both my parents name. Is it possible to removed one of my parents name from the current hdb and shift his/her name to apply bto tgt under my name instead?
Quite stress, if my spouse and me forever cant have a baby successfully then we forever cannot afford 3rm bto and above.
