Im looking to sell my current house due to some issue with my neighbours, But im currently only 2 years into the min 5 years MOP. what should i do or where can i get help from so i can sell my current home and purchase a resale hdb?

Hi Darren, you could only appeal by writing an email to the HDB branch and await their reply.

Evening,

You can look forward to dispute management before getting the legal entities to step in. It will take sometime before you can get the HDB to provide you with the concession to sell prior MOP.

Hi Darren,

It is possible to sell the flat within the MOP. I have assisted my clients to appeal successfully and sold their units before the MOP.

However, do take note that you will be liable for Seller's Stamp Duty if you sell before the 4 year mark.

The first step is to appeal and it could take some time before approval can be obtained to sell within MOP. Do note SSD also applies if you sell within the 4 year period.
