Hi Alvin, if you are looking to buy HDB resale flats with Balcony - there are quite a few in the market, with 3 bedrooms. My question is which area are you focused on?
There are those HDB that are designed to look like condos - the DBSS, which have nice large balconies.
If you are considering those, your budget should be able to afford an Executive maisonette, which gives you 4 bedrooms and a Balcony the size of a bedroom, with a very high ceiling
So it really depends on what you are looking for Alvin.
