I'm looking to buy a new lease/resale studio apt for low $500k. I get frustrated by housing ads that indicate the last rejected price instead of the seller's asking price because it's misleading and a waste of time. Can someone advise what are new lease condos or new resale condos with studio/1bdrm apts for around $500k?

The last I am aware, you will probably be looking at choices in Woodlands like Parc Rosewood and vicinity, where I do understand there were transactions at about $550k within the last 2 years. In real estate market, it is not a situation where you get to buy something just because you have the money to buy. It is always about supply and demand. When there is demand but no supply, nothing can be done except for the buyer to review if he or she should increase his or her price range for the purchase.
