I'm looking for Tampines Street 44 area, high floor 3 rooms flat. it's our first time getting a flat. HLE approved, and we hope to have grant if near my parent and also what are the grant for first timer too?

Hi Mdm Lim, the grant that you are able to get is up to 40k. Good morning Jessica, There are a couple of 3RM flats in Tampines Street 44 area on sale. Maybe you can share with me your house requirements so i can shortlist the units for your view.
