I'm looking for a very specific unit for own stay, couple. Hope to move in by end 2017. My budget is around $600k-650k, and I'm looking for something around 400sqft. I need the kitchenette to have a convection oven (not microwave), space around the stove (not nextvtonsink or fridge), 2 hobs induction is fine, drying rack above sink, square/rectangular deep sink. Also a toilet which does not need to be accessed by entering bedroom, preferably queen sized bed on a loft or platform, able to fit full-height 4-door wardrobe in bedroom or bombshelter (facing room or shower if used as wardrobe), sunken shower/bath (if not, recessed shower floor), living room which can be partitioned to accommodate a single bed and 2-door wardrobe, balcony preferred with East sun, maintenance fee below $300/MTH, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and good-sized gym. Does anyone know of any resale condo which meets these requirements? Please indicate name/s.
