I'm looking at purchasing a new ec. I got my loan approved in principal but I got some worries as I got a bad credit records previously. I'm worried after paying the 5% booking fees n if the bank don't approve my loan, will I get my booking fees forfeited?

Hi Alex,

I presume you have submitted all required documents to have the Approval-In-Principle done. If that is the case, the approval should be definite.
