I'm interested looking for resales HDB however how would I know the unit itself how many owners/ transactions had been own/made before me? Does HDB available to check current owner is Xth owner of the unit?

Normally HDB will not provide information pertaining to your queries. You can try writing in to HDB Branch Office regarding your shortlisted unit but little chance of success Read More
