I'm in my 7th years SPR and my spouse just gotten his SPR. Can we buy resale hdb? 3years SPRs for both SPR for purchase of resale hdb? Thanks.

Hi,

Each must fulfil SPR of 3 years before you can purchase resale HDB. Alternatively, you may wish to consider private condo. Thanks and hope to assist with

Evening,

Both SPR buyers must fulfill 3 years SPR status before they are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit.
