I'm holding to Singapore PR and unable to convert to singapore IC as I'm holding on to a House in Malaysia which I could not be sold as my parents is residing there and does not want to migrate to singapore.

I need your advice with the current changes on the PR purchasing HDB flats in singapore. I just got married and planning to get HDB flat to stay.
