Im holding a work pass in Singapore and my fiance is a citizen. We planning to get marry next year. Can a citizen + work pass holder buy a hdb flat together?

Afternoon Christine,

Under the current ruling, WP holders are not allow to purchase HDB unit with Citizen. The citizen can choose to purchase a HDB unit under Single scheme or the WP holder would have to give up working and hold a social visitor's pass.
