Hi Mr Hairi,

Your spouse must have a Long Term Visit Pass or Work Pass. The pass must have a validity period of at least 6 months and it must be valid at the time you submit your application to buy a resale flat. You must list your non-citizen spouse as an occupier in the application. Grants applicable to you is $15,000.
