I'm first time buyer with foreign spouse. After getting HLE offer , decided to Buy resale flat near parents flat(4km).
On my intend to buy page, there's no housing/CPF grant appearing. My income is less then 2500 AVG of last 3 months. Working continuously for 12 months both me and my spouse. Really puzzling why there isn't any grant showing

It will not appear on Intent to Buy. You can only apply for the Grant at the Submission stage.
