I'm divorced. Don't have custody of kids.Earn $10000/month. Want to buy HDB flat 1st hand. Possible? What's next best alternative? Don't want private.

Morning,

New HDB BTO units are for married SC. With your income, if you are 35 years and above, you can try to purchase resale HDB unit up to 5 room flat size.

Hi.

Yes, its seems Resale flat is the best alternative.

However, if you do not mind, I would like to know the reason for the aversion to Private Property.
