HI,

Unfortunately, since you have gotten a BTO, you won't be able to purchase any property now. Thus, it either rent or continue to stay where you are now.

It will depend on your current situation now as well as the financial budget. For example, you have a bigger family and you need more space now, then it will be better to rent a property.

If you decide to rent, then you need to look at the extra expenses you need to incur every month and whether you will still be able to comfortably finance it.
