Hi Carine,

Your concern should not limit only to the cash proceeds u be getting back. You should also be concerned on the timeline on selling your property and buying another property and move into it. If you do have a place a stay during this transition, it can be disastrous. So, to sell first, or to buy first.

I believe what the other agents before u mention is correct.
I am not sure whether have u secured ur tampines flat or still in the hunt.

Currently i do have a few grps of buyers with cash on hand.
1)i have a local family who just sold their flat in Marine Parade and is looking for a Sengkang unit to stay with their son and DIL.
2) i have a philippines executive couple looking to buy a unit either in Sengkang or punngol
+ some other clients on hand and the numbers are increasing!....

Do appreciate if we can get in touch with each other soon and i can get more details, i.e ur block, level, Interior setup etc..so i can ascertain whether it is the ideal unit for my buyers on hand.
