Im buying resale without agent. Please advise me how and when do I claim town coucil and property tax from my sellers as they require 2 months extension of stay? I asked their agent but she is unaware of this. Please advise.

DIY buyers should be equipped with all necessary knowledge on the purchase of resale HDB, otherwise why would they take on this purchase transaction without an agent? Similar to your case, if you wish to take on this on your own, you should be proficient in what is there to be done. Read More
