Morning,

As it's a SBF, it's very hard to give you an answer. The number of units are spread all over Singapore and the Ethnic qouta will be different for different blocks, in different estate. Though the chances of getting a 4 room flat is still good.
Under the current ruling, you have to sell off your current unit, within 6 months from collection of keys. If you have purchase new flats, BTO or resales flat with housing grant, you are required to pay cash levy of $45k, for buying this new unit.
If you have only enjoyed 1 subsidized loan, you can apply for 2nd subsidized loan, provided you meet the requirements. Do note that 50% of your current unit's sales profit must be used for the new purchase. Of coz, you can choose to take a bank loan, if you want to.
