Most of us have gone through countless hours of training and sat for qualifying examinations to sell a real estate property. If it is really so simple to sell a property, I am sure that the government will not have put in so many criteria for us to meet before allowing us to practise. It is just like a doctor who needs to go to the medical school and sit for qualification exams before being allowed to practise.

You are not able to market your HDB flat at PropertyGuru. You can try your luck at other free sites, but I'm afraid the exposure you get will be compromised.

Selling a property, especially in this Buyer's market, is not as easy as putting up an advertisement online and waiting for people to call. I can guarantee you can get a lot of nuisance calls if you do that. I believe you do not want this to happen.

To get the best possible price for your property, you should consider engaging an agent who is well-versed in handling such transactions on a day-to-day basis.

To get the best possible price in this Buyer's market, we have the tools to maximize exposure of your property, and in turn bring you the right Buyers. We do not want unrealistic Buyers whose expectations does not match that of yours.

Your property is one of your biggest assets, and you do not want to be short-changed. You should leave this task to the professionals.
